Eureka Institute.

Eureka Institute Core Values

The Eureka Institute was founded on the principles of addressing unmet medical needs through innovation. From its inception, Eureka has been a global translational medicine educational organisation, recognising the need to engage, empower and connect medical professionals at all stages of their careers through a common principle of speeding idea to clinic to benefit patients in need. We recognise that ingenuity comes from all corners of the globe, from all races, ethnicities, and cultures, and that only by recognising and empowering all ideas will we be able to solve the vexing medical challenges facing patients afflicted with disease.

Guided by the Eureka credo, we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion as core values of the Eureka Institute.

Neutrality and Equipoise: Eureka’s belief is that all humans have the same dignity and right to access the benefits, which Translational Medicine brings to bettering lives. Regardless of the Country and political system, one of Eureka’s objectives is to facilitate, beyond borders and boundaries, access to Translational Medicine and to contribute to its effectiveness by inspiring and facilitating exposure and integration. Thus, Eureka’s geopolitical approach is one of inclusiveness, dedication to human dignity and human rights and political neutrality.

Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is critical to growing and strengthening our relevance, credibility, and effectiveness as a premier translational medicine educational institution, as well as a global network of translational science leaders and visionaries. We recognise the need to pro-actively re-invigorate and actively maintain our commitment to DEI to advance our mission and remain relevant to the global translational medicine community. We are vigilant in recognizing the legacy of gender, racial, religious, and other discriminations and ongoing biases that persist. We recognise that there exist cultural norms and structures that perpetuate inequalities. Thus, we must consciously work to ensure a safe and unbiased environment and organization that sustains the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
